The Canadian Corporate Counsel Association was first established in 1988 by the National Council of the Canadian Bar Association. It is devoted solely to serving the
needs of Canadian corporate counsel.
A national professional forum and voice for corporate counsel in Canada, the CCCA has more than 10,100 members.
Membership consists of corporate counsel in business, the public sector and crown corporations as well as assoicate members.
The CCCA maintains a program of strategic business partners. Catalyst Consulting offers a range of services to the CCCA, its branches and
its members. Catalyst Consulting has been designated by the CCCA to be the Preferred Provider for Legal Department Consulting.

members before constituent law bodies, providing a voice for corporate lawyers, and continually promoting the corporate legal profession within the business and legal communitites.
